Jana Mannina is a Mortgage Advisor, Wealth Strategist, and community leader with more than 26 years of experience helping families turn homeownership into a cornerstone of financial freedom. Licensed by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and holding a California Broker’s License through the Department of Real Estate, Jana is also a Certified Financial Educator (CFEd®) and is completing her Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) program.
A proud and engaged mom of three—twins Matteo and Gianna, and her youngest daughter Elianna, Jana knows firsthand the importance of building stability, security, and opportunity for the next generation. Married for over 20 years to her husband Steve, a retired San Francisco Police Captain, Jana brings both professional and personal perspective to the families she serves.
She is especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers and investors, Veterans, First Responder Families, and Teachers achieve the dream of homeownership and financial independence. Jana is obsessed with showing people what’s possible—whether it’s buying their first home, leveraging real estate to build wealth, or making bold financial moves that create lasting freedom. She’s known for her engaging, approachable style that makes financial conversations clear, empowering, and even fun.

Beyond her work, Jana serves on the Board of Sparkle Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to supporting single mothers and their children.
When she’s not guiding clients, Jana is fully immersed in family life, coaching volleyball, cheering on her kids at the track, on the court, or at the golf course. She loves playing golf herself but enjoys watching her children compete even more. Away from the sidelines, she lives for days at the spa, great sushi, and wandering through local shops. A devoted fan of live music, especially country, Jana also cherishes time at her family home in Lake Tahoe, traveling (Italy has her heart), and laughing until her face hurts with her family and friends.
Her mission is simple: to help people feel confident, informed, and inspired to create lives they love through smart financial choices and courageous wealth-building so they can achieve true financial freedom and live life on their own terms.
